I had a great experience coming here. I got my fiancée’s rings resized and had the bands soldered together. It was very reasonably priced at $180 and it only took a couple days to get done. Other jewelers in the area were going to take 2 weeks or more. Ryan was super helpful and very courteous and polite. He showed me the men’s engagement rings while I was in the store looking around and was very knowledgeable about all of the products they sold. Norris Jeweler has earned a life long customer in me with their excellent customer service.

Just picked up my wedding ring set today from Norris Jeweler and I cannot be more pleased!! Ryan And Team excel In customer service along with their craftsmanship. I brought my wedding ring and my anniversary rings to be combined and the outcome is exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, my rings were cleaned up and re-dipped and looked just like new. This validates my sentiment that Norris Jeweler is the only place I will go for my purchases and customization.

I only buy from Norris! Ryan definitely earned 2 lifelong customers 8 years ago when we bought my husband’s wedding ring. We were looking at one of the big chains (starts with an R and ends with male siblings) and my husband got stuck on a ring that was way out of our price range. Ryan didn’t have it but he special ordered it, and we got an amazing deal that was well within our budget. I take all of my jewelry to him now to get serviced. Just yesterday I took my poor wedding ring to him that my toddler got ahold of and destroyed (platinum is pretty easy to damage when you have an energetic 2 year old banging on it). It was seriously destroyed. My husband picked it up today and OMG it is completely back to life! They completely restored and rhodium dipped it for hardly anything, I was pleasantly shocked at how cheap it was. When my husband came home and put it on my finger, it looked just as stunning as the day he proposed so, of course, I said “yes!” Now that I know how cheap the rhodium plating is, I’m dropping off all my jewelry to get refreshed.

I purchased my wedding ring from Ryan and his team 8 years ago. I went in last week because it needed to be resized. Turn around time was really fast and my ring fits perfectly and sparkles like new! The Norris Jewlery team always takes care of me.

Best jeweler in Riverside ! Ryan had a cute little inexpensive charm bracelet fixed . The clasp has been broken over a year ! I kept forgetting to take it in . I picked it up today & it so cute & summerie , I can wear this fun bracelet again rather than tossing in a pile of broken bracelets . Thank you Ryan

I've been buying jewelry from K Norris since 2003. I can assure you that they only carry and make high quality jewelry. They are not just a "mall" jewelry store. They are family-owned and every employee is trained and certified. Ryan is a gemologist and is superb at his craft. Whether you are looking for something that they have in stock or want a custom piece, they are super professional listening to everything you want, producing 3D CAD drawing for your approval then making it by hand. They take pride in their work and have a super loyal customer following. I just had the piece in this picture made as a custom piece. I still do business with them even though I moved to North Carolina 9 years ago! Thanks for a wonderful 17 years of service. Looking forwards to more!
